What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards, charged in USD.
How do I switch to a different plan?
You can switch to a new plan at any time by going to the billing page in your account. Select the plan you’d like to switch to and immediately start enjoying the benefit of the additional features.
Do I pay for future add-ons and features?
Not at all. We update the platform frequently without any additional cost to you. Simply enjoy some of the industry’s leading new features as a Meta CRM user!
Are there any lock-in contracts?
Not at all. There are no long-term contracts, no hidden fees and you can cancel any time.
When will I get charged for my trial?
You begin with a 14-day free trial. During this time you will not be charged. However, at the end of the 14 days you will be billed for the plan you selected during signup. You can upgrade by going into the “Billing” section at any time.
I’m not very good at using technology. Is this really for me?
I’ve got great news for you. There’s no complicated tech-savviness required!
